Refund Policy

The purchase process begins with a no-obligation quote request. Let us know what’s wrong with your equipment and we’ll give you an estimate to fix it. If you accept the estimate, we’ll charge you a $100 deposit fee and send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the equipment, we’ll perform the repair and invoice you for the balance. If you discover defects in our repair, or if you are not satisifed, we will again repair the equipment for up to 90 days after you approved your quote. Please note, this 90-day guarantee only cover defects in the original quote request. If you decide to cancel your repair before we fix your item, we will refund you in full for your deposit less any shipping fees.
